Cheese
The cheese plant is one of the largest and most modern cheese plants in Australia. The majority of cheese produced at the plant is of the standard cheddar variety. In addition, low fat cheddar, skim milk, gouda, romano and swiss style cheeses are also produced. The cheese plant is highly computerised and is capable of manufacturing 8 tonnes per hour, or approximately 160 tonnes of cheese per day from 1.6 million litres of milk.
Our cheese is sold to wholesale customers in Australia and on the international market. Approximately 40% of the cheese production is exported to Japan, Korea, USA and throughout Europe and South East Asia.
