Terence J Richardson

Mr. Richardson is Deputy Chairman, and has been a supplier non-executive director since 2007. He is Chairman of Milk Pricing Review Committee and a member of Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Richardson has been a dairy farmer in Australia and New Zealand for over 31 years. He was formerly a director with Kiwi Co-operatives Dairies. He is also currently Secretary of the Colac and District UDV branch.
John McLean

Mr. McLean has recently been appointed as interim CEO and Managing Director, until a new CEO & MD is appointed. Mr. McLean’s focus is on supplier relations. Mr. McLean was an employee of the company for over 50 years, including 32 years as head of the company, until his retirement in 2007.
Craig L Drake

Mr. Drake has been a director since 1990. He is a Supplier non-executive Director. He is a member of Nominations & Remuneration Committee. He has been a dairy farmer for over 27 years. Mr. Drake is also a current director of Tasmanian Herd Improvement Pty Ltd.
Paul G Bourke

Mr. Bourke has been an independent non-executive director since October 2007. He is a member of the Nominations & Remuneration Committee, Milk Pricing Review Committee and the Audit & Risk Committee. Mr. Bourke has over 30 years marketing and executive experience in the food industry with Campbells Soups Australasia, Arnotts Ltd and Cadbury Confectionery. He is also a current director of Integro Systems Pty Ltd, and Free Agent Focus Pty Ltd.
Bruce J Morley
B.Com, ARMTC, FCPA, FCIS, FAICD
Mr. Morley has been an independent non-executive director since 2000. He is Chairman of Audit & Risk Committee, and member of the Milk Pricing Review Committee. He was a former Executive Director of Sigma Company Limited (now Sigma Pharmaceuticals Limited). Mr. Morley is also a current director of Lyppard Australia Limited and President of the Queen Elizabeth Centre.
Anthony J Reichelt

Mr. Reichelt has been an associate director since 1998 representing South Australian milk suppliers. He is a member of the Milk Pricing Review Committee. Mr. Reichelt has been a dairy farmer for over 30 years.
Bruce Vallance

Mr. Vallance is a supplier non-executive director. He is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Milk Pricing Review Committee. He has owned and operated a dairy farm for 15 years. Currently he is the President of the Nirranda branch of the UDV and serves as a branch delegate for the UDV.
