Shareholders Rights
The Board has implemented a communications strategy to promote communications with shareholders to assist their exercise of their rights in relation to their shareholding.
The Company has now appointed an Investor Relations Manager and a Communications Manager to implement this process.
The process will be assisted by a revised website to improve shareholder participation and to make public various corporate government documents and company publications in an electronic format.
Shareholder rights are also enhanced by the presence of the auditors at the Annual General Meeting with the Chair's announcement that the auditors are present and available to answer questions regarding the conduct of their audit. |
