Board and Management Performance
The performance of the Board, directors and senior management is reviewed on a regular basis. The Board, through its Nominations & Remunerations Committee, has implemented a system of board and director assessment by a process of self-evaluation. The resulting feedback and consideration of the consultants report by the Board has lead to a review of board committees, the work undertaken by the committees, proposals for the future composition of the Board and further director education.
Senior Management's performance is formally reviewed on an annual basis by the Chief Executive Officer as part of an annual performance and remuneration review process. The performance of the Chief Executive Officer is in turn reviewed by the Nominations & Remunerations Committee and by the Board in a non-executive session. |
